Two local adults and two local children cost S$118 on a regular day: 2 × S$34 plus 2 × S$25. The same group costs S$124 on a peak day: 2 × S$36 plus 2 × S$26. For two tourist adults and two tourist children, the published table produces S$132: 2 × S$38 plus 2 × S$28. Mandai’s first-visit guide describes Exploria as a 10,000-square-metre experience and recommends three to four hours. That is useful planning guidance, not a compulsory session length. Use this three-hour route
- First 20 minutes: complete entry, create the username at the Biopool and test the RFID wristband. This prevents a late discovery that points or photos were not linked.
- Next 35 minutes: explore Our Interconnected World and wait for the next Planet Awakens show. On weekdays it runs at 15 minutes past each hour from 12.15pm to 7.15pm, plus 8pm; weekend and public-holiday times begin at 11.15am and extend to 9pm.
- Next 75 minutes: follow Extreme Frontiers, Infinite Wonderland, Micro Worlds and World of Darkness. Let children choose one repeat interaction per zone instead of trying to repeat everything.
- Next 35 minutes: finish in Realm of the Giants and catch The Giants Show. Mandai lists its weekday window as 12.30pm to 7pm and its weekend/public-holiday window as 11.30am to 8pm.
- Final 15 minutes: return to the Biopool, check the digital rewards and download any linked photos before leaving.
This route is an LBRD planning sequence built around the official show windows. Exact queues and show intervals can vary, so read the venue display on arrival and reverse the middle zones if the next show is close.
Do the digital setup before arrival
After buying tickets, Mandai says visitors receive a pre-registration link by email. Completing it in advance speeds up entry and enables photo downloads. Inside, connect to “EXPLORIA_FREE_WIFI” for the Biopool gamification experience; elsewhere in the Mandai precinct, “PARK_FREE_WIFI” supports continued access through the wristband QR code. For a child without a phone, decide which adult will hold the account and photo access. Screenshot the ticket email and booking reference before travelling, but do not photograph or share a child’s personal registration details unnecessarily.
