DRIM GOLD Unveils Cave-Inspired Private Dining Room at RWS

Tucked inside Weave at Resorts World Sentosa, DRIM GOLD – billed as Singapore’s largest cave-inspired Korean steakhouse – has just unveiled a refreshed private dining room, and it leans hard into the drama. Think sculpted stone walls, concealed lighting and a fully enclosed room built for celebrations, date nights and quiet business dinners.

A cave you can dine in

Guests arrive through a sculpted stone tunnel before stepping into a dining hall framed by cave-inspired ceilings and rock formations, softened by warm timber and hidden lighting. The refreshed private room pushes that identity further with enhanced decor and a sharper sense of enclosure – cinematic rather than theatrical, and, DRIM GOLD hopes, distinctly photogenic.

Grilling left to the specialists

Unlike a typical Korean barbecue where you wrestle with the tongs yourself, DRIM GOLD hands the grill to dedicated specialists. Each cut of Hanwoo beef and Jeju black pork is cooked tableside with precision, leaving diners free to focus on the company. A fully smokeless system means you can settle into the cave room in eveningwear without carrying the smell home.

Korean provenance on the plate

The kitchen, led by a Michelin-experienced chef, imports Hanwoo beef and Jeju pork directly from Korea and sears Jeju abalone tableside in butter. Signature dishes include the Korean Beef and Vegetable Hot Pot (Eobokjaengban), a traditional Pyeongan-province platter of brisket and shank in a clear broth, and a 100% Buckwheat Cold Noodle with fragrant perilla oil. Look out too for Scampi with Kimchi XO, Butter-Grilled Jeju Abalone and tableside Grilled Eel.

It is a distinctive addition to Sentosa’s dining map – an easy stop before or after the island’s attractions. If you are tracking Singapore’s Korean dining wave, it sits neatly alongside newcomers we have covered such as Katsu by Kyu and TOFU G.
