Dolpan Hwajoo has opened a Busan-style hotstone dining pub at 99 Tanjong Pagar Road, Level 1, with shareable mains priced from S$17++ and makgeolli from S$22++. The room sits a short walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT and is not halal-certified.
Hours split lunch and dinner. Sunday to Tuesday it runs 11am to 3pm and 5pm to midnight. Wednesday to Saturday the evening service stretches to 1am. Both blocks matter if you are planning a late CBD supper rather than a quick lunch.
What the board lists
Hotstone mains are built for the table. Dolpan Rose Daechang Dakbal is listed at S$46++, with chicken feet and beef large intestine in a rose cream sauce. Dolpan Rose Gopchang Tteokbokki is S$48++. Cheese Deunggalbi, pork ribs with flame-torched cheese, is also S$48++. Larger pots such as Gopdoritang and Nakgopsae sit at S$52++.
Smaller plates include Perilla Oil Mak Guksu at S$18++ and Dolpan Jja.Gye.Chi at S$17++. Yukhoe is listed at S$38++. On the drinks side, Shine Muscat Makgeolli is S$23++ and Ube Makgeolli is S$22++. All of those figures are ++, so service charge and GST sit on top.
Practical notes
Several signatures use organ meats. Cheese ribs and noodle dishes are the cleaner published alternatives if that is not your table. The drinks list leans makgeolli rather than beer towers, and midweek hours stretch past midnight.
Details
The kitchen is not MUIS-certified.
Published prices sit in sharing territory, not a one-person CBD rice bowl under S$20 nett.
