Chagee has opened its first heartland family store at Pasir Ris Mall, complete with a dedicated indoor playground, complimentary milk for children under 12 with every order, and a Singapore-exclusive pony plushie charm priced at S$16.90.
Last updated: 24 August 2026.

The store extends a format Chagee first tried at Suntec City, and Pasir Ris is the brand’s first attempt at bringing it to the heartlands rather than the city centre. The address is confirmed on Chagee’s own store locator: 9 Pasir Ris Central, #01-01 Town Plaza, Singapore 519613.
What is actually in the playground
The indoor play area has a mini climbing wall and a slide with padded flooring, an interactive game wall, a rocking Chagee pony mascot, and a pretend tea-making station with aprons, toy dispensers, teapots and cups for younger children. A six-metre hand-painted mural titled “Memories of Pasir Ris”, by artist Rebecca Liu Xibei, depicts the area’s mangrove swamp history and local landmarks including the Mosaic Elephant Playground. It is a customer play corner attached to a tea shop, not a standalone ticketed play space.

What it actually costs
Standard Chagee drink pricing applies at Pasir Ris; the store is not running a different menu. The saving is at the margins: children under 12 get a complimentary milk with any order placed, and most of the menu carries a Nutri-Grade A or B rating. The pony plushie charm, at S$16.90, is exclusive to the Singapore market and sold in-store. None of this changes what an adult drink costs.
Who it suits, and who should skip it
Good for families already heading to Pasir Ris Mall who want a play stop bundled into a drink order, since the playground itself is free with purchase rather than a separate paid admission. Good for parents comparing it against a standalone paid play cafe on cost alone. Less good as a destination in its own right: by the scale described in the coverage so far, the play corner is compact, built for a short stop rather than an afternoon, and it is for paying customers only.
What is unclear
Reported hours list Sunday to Thursday as 9am to 9.30pm, but Friday and Saturday have been reported as “9am to 10am,” which reads as a likely error against the Sunday-to-Thursday hours in the same report. Chagee’s own website does not publish outlet-specific opening hours, so treat the Friday and Saturday closing time as unconfirmed until you see it posted at the store.
The free milk and play corner make this a sensible stop if a Pasir Ris Mall visit was already on the calendar. It is not, on its own, a reason to cross the island for bubble tea.
