Forget the usual Friday night routine. This one comes with a Baby Rave, glow slime and mooncake making. On Friday, 25 September 2026, families can swap the ordinary for a free glow-in-the-dark Baby Rave and Mid-Autumn celebration at Little Paddington Preschool East Coast, where children aged three to six can dance to a live DJ, make mooncakes and lanterns, play with glow slime and explore five activity zones with their parents.

A glow-in-the-dark Friday night for families
Rather than simply watching the children take part, parents are invited to join in too, whether that means dancing together to nursery remixes, getting hands-on with sensory play, making mooncakes and lanterns, or taking a breather at the Moon Lounge. The evening is designed as a relaxed family outing where children and parents experience the activities side by side.
Guests will receive a holographic goodie bag containing glow sticks and glow-in-the-dark wearables such as glasses and headbands, while children can bring home their glow slime, art canvas and mooncake.

Five zones to explore
Families can move through five themed zones throughout the evening:
- Baby Rave Dance Room — children dance alongside their parents to a child-friendly playlist of nursery remixes and upbeat instrumentals, mixed live by DJ Chervy.
- Art & Sensory Play Zone — kids create glow-in-the-dark artwork on canvas and get hands-on with squishy, stretchy glow slime, with a tub to take home.
- Moon Lounge — a quieter space with drinks and light fruit snacks for children who need downtime from the music.
- Mid-Autumn Games & Play — Glow Tic-Tac-Toe, throw-in-the-hole games and bubble chasing outdoors.
- Panda’s Mid-Autumn House — mooncake making, tea tasting, pomelo and lantern crafts.
