Sim Lian Group will open previews for Amberwood at Holland on Friday (11 September 2026), with three-bedroom units priced from S$2.6 million, or about S$2,945 psf, according to Business Times reporting on Thursday.

Unit mix and ticket sizes
The 99-year leasehold project has 212 units across three-, four- and five-bedroom layouts on a site at Holland Link in the new Holland Plain precinct. Four-bedroom homes from about 1,076 to 1,313 sq ft start at S$3.2 million (about S$2,951 psf). Five-bedroom units of about 1,335 sq ft start at S$4 million (about S$2,990 psf).
Land cost and sales timeline
Sim Lian secured the government land sale site in August 2025 at nearly S$368.4 million, or S$1,432 psf ppr. Sales bookings are scheduled to begin on 26 September 2026, with vacant possession targeted by 30 June 2030. The low-rise scheme is planned as 11 blocks of four to six storeys.

Holland Plain context
Holland Plain is expected to take up to about 2,500 homes across eight government sites. Sim Lian also holds a neighbouring plot bought in May 2026. Buyers weighing Amberwood should treat the Friday preview as the first chance to walk the price board, not a confirmation of final take-up.
