Good news for fans of local dining culture — Amara Singapore’s “Local Legends” series is back, and this time it’s bringing a taste of Taiwan to the table. From 16 to 26 July 2026, Cafe Oriental at Amara Singapore teams up with Abundance, a homegrown Taiwanese dining brand, for a limited-run collaboration menu you won’t want to miss.

A Local Legends Edition with a Taiwanese Twist
Founded in 2021 after a revelatory bite at a Taiwanese night market, Abundance was built on a mission to bring authentic Taiwanese comfort food to Singapore. From that humble hole-in-the-wall beginning, it has grown into a three-outlet destination — and it’s now joining forces with Amara Singapore’s Executive Chef Andrew Tharm for something special.
The collaboration menu features exclusively developed dishes alongside signature favourites from both brands — available for lunch (12pm–2:30pm) and dinner (6pm–9pm) daily throughout the run.

In Their Own Words
“Local Legends was created to offer guests a flavour of Singapore and Southeast Asian cuisine. Abundance is a natural choice for this collaboration with its dedication to cultural storytelling and creating memorable dining experiences that foster community connection,” said Gordon Aeria, General Manager of Amara Singapore.
For Abundance’s side, Co-founder Tan Yuan Xin added: “Taiwanese food has always been about comfort, craft and the people who make it. Collaborating with Amara Singapore has been an exciting creative process, and the two exclusive dishes are a true reflection of that.”
