Spotlight Christmas 2026: trees from S$7.20 and 40% off until 10 November

Spotlight Christmas 2026 is out in Singapore, and the timing is handy: the store’s 20 to 50 per cent storewide sale runs until Tuesday, 10 November 2026. On the Christmas tree page, every Jolly & Joy and Bouclair tree is currently marked 40 per cent off, so a 180cm tree starts at S$33 instead of S$55.

Spotlight has one store here, on Level 5 of Plaza Singapura above Dhoby Ghaut MRT. If you already shopped the IKEA Christmas range or the Bed Bath N’ Table lookbook, this is the third stop, with a bigger mix of pink, frosted and pre-lit trees.

Spotlight Christmas 2026 tree prices during the sale

These are the sale prices listed on Spotlight Singapore’s website on 6 November 2026, with the full price in brackets:

  • Jolly & Joy 60cm tabletop tree in green or white: S$7.20 (S$12)
  • Jolly & Joy 180cm Spruce: S$33 (S$55), the cheapest full-height option
  • Jolly & Joy 180cm Pine or 180cm Glisten pre-lit pencil tree: S$78 each (S$130)
  • Jolly & Joy 180cm Albany Pine or Flocked Snow: S$96 each (S$160)
  • Jolly & Joy 195cm Frosted tree in pink: S$108 (S$180)
  • Jolly & Joy 210cm Aspen pre-lit: S$180 (S$300)
  • Jolly & Joy Evergreen pre-lit: S$228 (S$380)
  • Bouclair LED Burlap tree: S$27 to S$114 depending on size (S$45 to S$190)
  • Jolly & Joy Pink Pampas tree, 90cm: S$57 (S$95)

For most HDB living rooms, a 180cm tree is the sweet spot. Anything taller than 2.1m starts fighting with the ceiling fan, so measure first.

Is a pre-lit tree worth paying more for?

The 210cm Aspen is the one to look at if you hate untangling fairy lights every December. According to the product page, it comes with 350 warm LED lights already woven into 650 branch tips.

At S$180 during the sale, it costs S$102 more than the plain 180cm Pine. A decent 350-bulb string of lights bought separately would close part of that gap, and you save the annual wrestling match. If you only need something small for a study or bedroom, the 180cm Glisten pencil tree is also pre-lit and slimmer, at S$78.

Decorations from S$2.88

The decorations section is also on sale, with the same 40 per cent cut on most items we checked. A few useful prices:

  • Bauble hooks, 150-pack: S$2.88
  • Mini baubles, 30-pack: S$7.20
  • Bauble 24-pack or assorted 24-pack: S$16.80
  • LED light-up 3.7m pine garland: S$13.80
  • 200 solar lights: S$16.80
  • Light-up gold reindeer: S$27
  • Garland Christmas arch: S$102

There are also Disney ornaments of Stitch and Sheriff Woody at S$9.60 each, which tend to sell out first if the kids have a say.

Themes to match your colour scheme

Spotlight groups its Christmas range by theme, which helps if you want everything to match. Jolly & Joy, Spotlight’s in-house label, comes in Christmas Classics, Wonderland, Festive Era and Celestial Celebration. Bouclair has three of its own: Winter Dream, Lush Christmas and Nostalgic Charm.

A pink frosted tree with Wonderland baubles will look very different from a green Aspen dressed in Christmas Classics red and gold. Pick the theme before the tree, not after.

Fluff it properly, then keep the box

Artificial trees arrive squashed flat, and a badly fluffed tree looks half its price. Spotlight’s own advice is to start at the base and work upwards, bending every branch and tip in a slightly different direction so the gaps close up.

Budget about 30 to 45 minutes for a 180cm tree, longer for a flocked one because the snow coating sheds a little. Keep the original box for storage: it is the only thing that fits the folded branches neatly, and a tree stored well should last several Christmases. That is where an artificial tree beats a real fir on cost, since a S$78 tree used for five years works out to under S$16 a season.

Where to buy, and how to collect

  • Store: Spotlight Plaza Singapura, Level 5, 68 Orchard Road, Singapore 238839 (Dhoby Ghaut MRT)
  • Opens at 10am; call 6733 9808 to check stock
  • Click & Collect orders are ready in about four hours
  • Home delivery is offered on trees such as the 210cm Aspen

Lugging a boxed 2.1m tree onto the MRT is not fun, so ordering online and picking up, or paying for delivery, is the smarter play. Check the store finder for current hours, and remember the storewide discount ends on 10 November. Exclusions apply, so look for the sale price on each item before you check out.

Once the tree is up, round out the season with one of the Christmas markets around Singapore for handmade ornaments.
