Greenwood Fish Market opens its first shopping mall outlet at VivoCity on 4 November 2026, 23 years after the seafood retailer and restaurant started on Greenwood Avenue in Bukit Timah. The Greenwood Fish Market VivoCity bistro sits at #01-188, next to TANGS and Tiong Bahru Bakery, and opens daily from 12pm to 10.30pm.

A bistro, not a third restaurant

VivoCity is the brand’s third address, after Bukit Timah and the Quayside Isle restaurant on Sentosa, which opened in 2015. It is also the first Greenwood Fish Market bistro. Founder David Lee told AsiaOne that half of the bistro menu carries Greenwood signatures, with the other half made up of new tapas, small plates and oshizushi, the pressed sushi. He also told AsiaOne that the outlet is a test bed for global franchising.

The bistro’s own recommendations are oysters, pastas, oshizushi and sharing plates. Alfresco seats are pet friendly, as they are at the two older outlets.

The three-course set lunch is S$29.95++ for a starter, a main and coffee or tea, from Monday to Friday, 12pm to 5pm. It does not run on public holidays or their eves. Starters include lobster bisque, assorted sashimi and hand-cut calamari. Mains include snapper fish and chips, prawn aglio, grilled barramundi and an Angus cheeseburger, while steak frites carries a S$12 supplement and pan-seared John Dory a S$10 supplement.

The four-course set dinner is S$45.95++ with a starter, a main, a dessert and a hot drink. Mains include a seafood marinara baked in a paper parcel, John Dory, steak frites and an A5 wagyu hamburg rice bowl. Black cod carries a S$14 supplement and USDA Choice ribeye a S$19 supplement.

Greenwood Fish Market is not halal-certified, though the kitchen prepares dishes free of pork and alcohol when told in advance. Corkage is S$50++ for a bottle of wine and S$80++ for a bottle of spirits, and one bottle is waived for every bottle bought from the menu. VivoCity is linked to HarbourFront MRT station on the North East and Circle lines.
