Singapore tea brand TWG Tea has opened its new flagship at Changi Airport: the TWG Tea Gallery, a 2,700 sq ft space in Terminal 3 with its own tea museum. It is open 24 hours a day, every day.
The gallery is airside, at #02-58B in the Terminal 3 Departure/Transit Lounge North, so only departing and transit passengers can visit. The store’s number is +65 6904 1837.

More than 50 Russian samovars
The centrepiece is the TWG Tea Museum. It holds more than 170 antique tea wares and over 50 antique Russian samovars, the urns once used to keep water hot for tea, dating from the 17th to the 20th centuries. TWG Tea collected the pieces from around the world over the past 15 years.
The whole space sits under a 23-foot-high ceiling.
What you can buy
TWG Tea runs the gallery as two things at once: a tea boutique and a takeaway tea counter. That means you can buy tea to take home, or pick up a cup to drink on the way to your gate. It is not one of the brand’s sit-down tea salons.
TWG Tea elsewhere at Changi
The gallery is the sixth TWG Tea outlet in Changi’s transit areas. If your flight leaves from another terminal, these are the others:
- Terminal 1, Departure/Transit Lounge West, #02-14: open 24 hours
- Terminal 2, Departure/Transit Lounge South, #02-216: 6am to 1am
- Terminal 3, Departure/Transit Lounge South, #02-26: open 24 hours
- Terminal 3 kiosk, Departure/Transit Lounge North, #02-K12: 6am to 1am
- Terminal 4, Departure/Transit Lounge South, #02-29: 6am to 1am
If you are not flying, TWG Tea’s tea salons are in the city. They include TWG Tea at Swissôtel The Stamford (10am to 10pm daily), TWG Tea at ION Orchard (#02-21, 10am to 10pm daily) and two outlets at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands: TWG Tea on the Bay (B1-122/125) and TWG Tea Garden (B2-65/68A), both 10am to 10pm from Sunday to Thursday and 10am to 10.30pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
