PropertyGuru’s reality competition Home Run: Singapore returns to Channel 5 on 8 October, bringing celebrity guests, creative property challenges and a first-ever audience Fan Favourite vote to its third season.

Twelve agents, five episodes, one Fan Favourite vote
Twelve property agents will compete across five episodes, taking on challenges inspired by the decisions Singaporeans make around homes – from presenting properties in unexpected ways to reimagining spaces for different lifestyles and client needs.
“Home Run was created to show a side of property agents that audiences do not always get to see: the creativity, judgement and human understanding behind the work they do,” said Dr Yao Lu, Managing Director of PropertyGuru Singapore. “This season, we are opening that up even further by bringing in voices from entertainment, design and the broader property industry, while giving viewers a way to be part of the experience too.”
A star-studded guest line-up
Social media personality Dewy Choo returns as host, joined by Season 2 winner Zaccheus Sabai as co-host. Guests this season include Mediacorp artiste Tyler Ten (winner of Best Supporting Actor and Most Popular Rising Star at Star Awards 2026), Mediacorp personalities Justin Ang and Vernon Anthonisz (The Muttons), entertainer Annette Lee, and Johnathan Chua and Patrina Tan from The Daily Ketchup.
Architect and space-planning expert Cliff Tan of Dear Modern, who has a combined following of 4.9 million across Instagram and TikTok, will step into the judging seat for one of the season’s challenges, alongside leaders from Singapore’s major property agencies at different stages of the competition.
New partners and a good cause
Far East Organization joins Home Run for the first time as Official Series Partner and Developer, while Mediacorp returns as Official Media Partner and Class 95 comes on board as Official Radio Station. The winning agent receives a PropertyGuru Platinum account worth over S$30,000, and the runner-up a Gold account worth over S$12,000.
For the first time, viewers can also take part in a Fan Favourite vote, open until 29 October 2026 at vote.propertyguru.com.sg. For every vote received, PropertyGuru will donate S$1 to Children’s Aid Limited, up to a maximum of S$20,000, supporting the organisation’s work with children and youths.
Home Run: Singapore premieres on Channel 5 on 8 October 2026, airing every Thursday at 7.30pm, with episodes also available on mewatch and the Mediacorp and PropertyGuru YouTube channels.
