Skosh has opened a second Singapore outlet at Scotts Square, this one built around hand rolls and matcha rather than the onigiri-and-sandos brief at Bencoolen.
Skosh Hand Roll & Matcha Bar sits at #B1-K1, 6 Scotts Road, in the open basement opposite FairPrice Finest. It is open daily 10am–9pm. The original café remains at 80 Bencoolen Street #01-15 inside NAFA.
Hand rolls from S$4.50
Twelve hand rolls are on the menu, served with a plastic wrapper so the nori stays crisp. À la carte rolls run about S$4.50 to S$10.80. Sets are listed at S$12.80 for three and S$18.80 for five. The Skosh Tasting Menu is S$32.80 for five premium rolls, with toppings such as snow crab, torched octopus, Hokkaido N34 beef, aka ebi and negitoro.
Lower-priced picks include the samsui scallion chicken roll at S$4.50. Engawa and Hokkaido scallop sit at S$6.50. The Hokkaido N34 beef roll is S$10.80. Sides include sesame lotus salad at S$5 and white miso soup at S$3. Matcha drinks take up more than 15 lines on the drinks board.
How to find it
