The enhanced Singapore Arrival Card will be available on the MyICA mobile app from 30 September 2026, and travellers should update the app before submitting a card or generating a land-checkpoint QR code, the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority said.
ICA’s MyICA update graphic is the source. The enhanced card is already on ICA’s website. From 30 September it moves into the app with more languages, passport-scan autofill and a refreshed layout.
What changes in the app
The enhanced form supports 19 language options. Singapore citizens, permanent residents and long-term pass holders can autofill details by scanning a passport, on top of Singpass retrieval. Navigation is redesigned for clearer Resident and Visitor paths.
Who must submit, and how
All travellers must submit an SG Arrival Card before arriving in Singapore, except those transiting without immigration clearance and residents entering through Woodlands or Tuas. Submission is free on ICA’s official website or the MyICA app. ICA does not endorse paid third-party submission services.
Submit within three days before arrival, including the arrival day. Update MyICA from 30 September before you need the QR code at a land checkpoint.
