Maison Yoshoku opens at Raffles City Shopping Centre (#03-43, 252 North Bridge Road) on 23 September 2026, bringing Surrey Hills Group’s Japanese-Western yoshoku concept and a dessert omakase bar into the City Hall mall.
CapitaLand lists the outlet as a new store. The restaurant’s own site, maisonyoshoku.sg, publishes lunch from 11.30am to 3pm (last order 2.30pm), a dessert bar after lunch through 10pm (last dessert omakase order 9pm), and dinner from 5.30pm to 10pm (last order 9.30pm), Monday to Sunday.
What the menu puts on the plate
Official menu photography on the venue site names Hitsumabushi-style lunch plates (including seabass), Yuzu Mentaiko Linguine, Sanchoku Wagyu Tri-Tip Steak, Burrata with ume tomato, grilled half spring chicken, and dessert pieces such as Foie Gras Monaka, Kinako Yuki and Tropical Namelaka. Prices are not published on the public site yet.
City Hall and Raffles Place MRT both serve Raffles City. Maison Yoshoku sits on level 3 at #03-43.
