Vantage Automotive has put the BYD Atto 1 on sale in Singapore at S$172,888 with a guaranteed Certificate of Entitlement, making the compact electric hatch the brand’s smallest model here.
Paul Tan’s Automotive News reported the launch on 11 September 2026. Vantage Automotive, a Sime Motors subsidiary, is BYD’s sole official distributor in Singapore. The Atto 1 arrives after Thailand and Indonesia, and is sold only as the Dynamic variant.

One trim, Cat A power, 322 km WLTP
The Dynamic packs a 43.2 kWh Blade lithium iron phosphate battery and a front permanent-magnet motor rated at 65 kW (88 PS) and 175 Nm. BYD quotes a WLTP range of 322 km, 0 to 100 km/h in 12.1 seconds and a 150 km/h top speed. Power stays under 110 kW, so the hatch qualifies for Category A COE.
AC charging peaks at 11 kW and DC fast charging at 85 kW. Vehicle-to-load is supported. Kit listed at launch includes Level 2 driver assists (adaptive cruise, autonomous emergency braking, lane assist), six airbags, driver monitoring, a seven-inch digital cluster, a 10.1-inch touchscreen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and 16-inch alloys.

Price, rebates and launch colours
The S$172,888 figure includes a guaranteed COE. BYD Singapore says buyers can secure as much as S$30,000 in rebates through Vehicular Emissions Scheme A banding and the EV Early Adoption Incentive, offset against additional registration fee. COE itself will still move with open bidding; the guaranteed package is what the dealer published for this launch.
Exterior colours are Sprout Green, Ski White, Arctic Blue and Cosmos Black. BitAuto Singapore lists length, width and height at 3,990 / 1,720 / 1,590 mm, a 2,500 mm wheelbase, a 308-litre boot and a 1,370 kg kerb weight.

At launch, the dealer price is S$172,888 with guaranteed COE on the single Dynamic trim, Cat A power under 110 kW, and a 322 km WLTP claim. Sales are through Vantage Automotive, BYD’s sole official distributor in Singapore.
