LTA resumes Orchard Cordon ERP on weekdays from 7 September 2026

The Land Transport Authority will resume Electronic Road Pricing for the Orchard Cordon on weekdays from 7 September 2026 at S$1 per passenger car unit between 11am and 7pm, after congestion and below-optimal traffic speeds persisted since October 2025, LTA said on 31 August.

The 11 Orchard Cordon locations

The Orchard Cordon covers ERP operations at Buyong Road, Cairnhill Road, Clemenceau Avenue, Killiney Road, Kramat Road, Orchard Link, Orchard Road, Orchard Turn, Oxley Road, YMCA and Fort Canning Tunnel.

Saturday ERP still under review

Traffic speeds on Saturdays within Orchard have also stayed below optimal levels since October 2025. LTA said it will monitor the situation and assess whether to resume ERP operations for the Orchard Cordon on Saturdays in the next quarter. No Saturday charge has been set in this release.

Weekday Orchard Cordon ERP resumes at S$1 from 11am to 7pm starting 7 September 2026.
