Sushidan has opened its second Singapore outlet at Parkway Parade (#01-10, 80 Marine Parade Road) from 5 September 2026, with the Goshoku Set at S$19.90++ and a Hokkaido uni add-on at S$18.80++ (U.P. S$38.80++) on any omakase course through 30 September, while stocks last.
The Parkway Parade room is a 35-seater on the mall’s first floor. Opening hours are daily 11am to 10pm. The brand is not Halal-certified. The Raffles City flagship at #B1-44C continues on the same daily hours; the uni add-on is listed as exclusive to Parkway Parade.
What the Goshoku Set includes
The Goshoku Set at S$19.90++ is the entry omakase-style course: seasonal chawanmushi, a chef’s appetiser, three ochoko mini dons, a sushi platter, a negitoro hand roll and miso soup. A Goshoku Aburi Set at the same S$19.90++ swaps in the torched version. A la carte sushi starts from S$1.99++ a piece, sashimi from S$2.99++ and hand rolls from S$3.99++.
Uni add-on window
From 5 to 30 September 2026, diners who order any omakase course at Parkway Parade can add 30g of Hokkaido nama uni with toasted seaweed for S$18.80++ instead of S$38.80++. Variety can rotate with the season, and the add-on runs while stocks last.
