Sheng Siong has priced Softess 4-ply bamboo tissues buy-1-free-1 at S$8.90 a bundle from 4 to 17 September 2026. The supermarket opened the two-week monthly promotion on Friday.
The tissues are a housebrand new arrival: Softess 100 per cent bamboo pulp softpacks, four packs of 130 sheets. Homeniks 6-in-1 jumbo laundry capsules, 46s in Butterfly-Blossom, sit beside them at S$19.90 a tub.
Household fillers on the same ticket
Readycare biobased laundry detergent, 1.2 litres, is S$5.95. Vinda Deluxe 2-ply kitchen towel is S$6.85 for a 6+2 pack of 80-sheet rolls. Harpic liquid toilet bowl cleaner is S$6.95 for three bottles of 450ml to 500ml.
Dr. Beckmann washing machine cleaner 250ml is S$8.80 for two. Bio-Home dishwashing liquid refill 450ml is S$4.90 for two. Magiclean pipe cleaner 500g is S$6.05.

What the arithmetic is
The tissue offer is two bundles for S$8.90 if the free pack is taken up. That is S$4.45 a four-pack once both are used. It is not a cut if only one bundle was going into the trolley.
The Homeniks tub is S$19.90 for 46 capsules for this fortnight.
