Chick-fil-A is expanding its Singapore footprint with the opening of its second restaurant at Millenia Walk on 30 July 2026. Located at 9 Raffles Boulevard #01-54/55/56, the new outlet will be led by Deborah Ku — Singapore’s second local Owner-Operator — and brings the brand’s signature hospitality and freshly prepared food to the city centre.

What to Expect at Millenia Walk
Chick-fil-A Millenia Walk will serve Guests Mondays through Saturdays from 10:30am to 9:30pm. Like its Bugis+ predecessor, the restaurant will be closed on Sundays — a tradition dating back to founder Truett Cathy, who wanted his team to have a guaranteed day of rest. Dine-in and takeaway are both available.
The menu at Millenia Walk includes the full Chick-fil-A lineup — Chicken Sandwich, Waffle Potato Fries, and the Singapore-exclusive Spicy Chili Sauce — alongside the expanded beverage range launched in June 2026: Frosted Lemonade, Frosted Coffee, Frosted Diet Lemonade, and premium hot and iced coffees including Americano, Cappuccino, and Latte.
Meet Deborah Ku

Deborah Ku brings more than 20 years of F&B experience to the role. She grew up helping at her family’s buffet restaurant, where she learnt firsthand the realities of running a food business — the long hours, the uncertainties, and the quiet resilience required. That early exposure shaped her belief that hospitality is fundamentally about people: caring for them genuinely, not just efficiently.
Her path to Chick-fil-A was circuitous but purposeful. During the COVID-19 pandemic, while working to keep her family’s business afloat, she began listening to leadership interviews featuring Chick-fil-A executives. Their philosophy — that work could be “soul breathing,” deeply fulfilling and people-focused — resonated strongly. The dream her father had nursed for years, of bringing the brand to Singapore, became her own.
She went on to complete Chick-fil-A’s rigorous Owner-Operator selection process, a nearly two-year journey undertaken while running a full-time business, raising her two sons, and expecting her third. Her husband Leonard will also be involved in the restaurant’s operations. Together, they are building a team of 60 to 80 people, with a strong focus on mentorship, development, and helping Team Members discover what the Japanese call ikigai — the intersection of what you love, what you’re good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for.
“Having grown up in a culture rooted in warm hospitality, being part of Chick-fil-A’s journey in Singapore is a dream come true — not just for me, but also for my family, who have long admired the company’s strong culture of care and commitment to the community.”

Giving Back at Opening
To mark the opening, Chick-fil-A is donating S$25,000 to The Food Bank Singapore in support of a forthcoming food support initiative for tertiary students from lower-income households, launching in Q4 2026. This is consistent with the brand’s pledge to donate S$25,000 to The Food Bank Singapore each time it opens a new restaurant in Singapore.
Millenia Walk will also participate in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® programme, redirecting surplus food through The Food Bank Singapore to those in need — part of a global effort that has generated more than 42 million meals worldwide.
