KOMA Singapore’s Seventh Anniversary Menu Runs 24 To 26 July 2026

The Japanese restaurant at Marina Bay Sands marks its seventh anniversary with a three-day menu programme from 24 to 26 July 2026.

The centrepiece is a seven-course tasting menu at S$250++ per person, supported by a S$70++ celebratory dessert and two anniversary cocktails for diners who want a smaller way into the occasion.

Inside The Seven-Course Menu

The anniversary menu includes KOMA’s Salmon Pillow with roasted jalapeño and smoked avocado. Main-course choices named by the restaurant include miso-marinated black cod and Kagoshima ribeye with ponzu.

At S$250++ a guest, this is a special-occasion tasting menu rather than a casual weekday dinner. The final bill will include service charge and GST, so budget beyond the headline price.

  • Seven courses at S$250++ per person.
  • Salmon Pillow among the signature dishes.
  • Black cod and Kagoshima ribeye among the mains.

Dessert And Anniversary Drinks

Saiko No Keiken is a S$70++ miniature assortment of KOMA’s recognisable sweets. It gives a table the option to share a celebratory finish without every diner committing to the complete tasting menu.

The drinks list adds Peach Oolong Hi and 7 Step Planter’s Punch, created for the anniversary window. Alcoholic drinks are for guests of legal drinking age.

  • Saiko No Keiken dessert: S$70++.
  • Anniversary cocktails: Peach Oolong Hi and 7 Step Planter’s Punch.
  • Availability: 24–26 July 2026.

Booking The Three-Day Window

A three-day run is short for a popular dining room, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. Reserve the intended menu and dining time together so the table is not booked under a different experience.
