How To Use It

1. Launch the FairPrice Group app and tap the Trust banner.
2. Tap Apply and complete the Trust application steps shown in the app.
3. For the first-card Quest, make one Eligible Spend during the Quest period after the Quest appears under Rewards then Quest in the Trust App.
4. Open the Trust App under Rewards then Coupons and Stamps to use awarded coupons or FairPrice Group e-vouchers.

Spend, Caps And Exclusions

• The first-card Quest needs one Eligible Spend that is not listed as ineligible under the Trust Cashback and Trust Link Credit Card or NTUC Link Credit Card product terms.
• The S$80 FairPrice Group e-voucher offer applies only to new-to-bank customers who sign up through FairPrice communications.
• Trust bonus savings rates depend on meeting minimum monthly eligible spend outside FairPrice Group where applicable.
• Maximum one digital scratch card per eligible first Trust credit card customer.
• Scratch cards are targeted to be issued within 24 hours of validation and expire at the end of the following month.
• The S$80 e-voucher bundle is issued as three S$10 e-vouchers and one S$50 e-voucher.
• Scratch cards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash and cannot be extended.
• Ineligible card spend follows the Trust product terms.
• Singapore dollar deposits are separately subject to the deposit insurance rules stated on the page.

When The Reward Arrives

• Scratch-card prizes are revealed in the Trust App after scratching.
• Customers who onboarded from 1 March to 30 April receive a redemption coupon in the week of 25 May; May onboarded customers in the week of 6 July; June onboarded customers in the week of 10 August.
• FairPrice Group e-vouchers are targeted to be issued through the Trust App within 24 hours after validation.
