Singapore Odyssea is the National Museum’s time-travel experience inside the Shaw Foundation Glass Rotunda, and it works well as a shorter companion to the larger history exhibitions.
The official page describes it as a multi-sensorial showcase using light, art and interactive storytelling to move through Singapore’s 700-year history.

Who It Suits
This is useful for families, first-time museum visitors and overseas guests because it is immersive without requiring heavy reading. It can also help children understand that history is not only a row of display cases.
As of 15 September 2025, visitors no longer need to book a timeslot and may walk in with a General Admission ticket.

How To Pair It
Pair it with Once Upon a Tide if you want a fuller SG60 museum outing. If you are with young children, do Singapore Odyssea first, then decide how much gallery time they can still handle.
