Singapore, it’s finally here. Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue — the hit immersive attraction that’s already wowed crowds in Dallas, London, and Toronto — officially opens today, 24 April 2026, at Green Canvas, Mandai Wildlife Reserve. And yes, this is Asia’s very first stop on the global tour.
Whether you’re a seasoned Minecraft veteran or have never placed a single block in your life, this one-hour story-driven adventure is built for everyone. Grab your Orb of Interaction and get ready to craft, explore, and battle your way through eight immersive rooms — all in the name of saving a village under siege from a zombie attack.
What Is Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue?
Created by Montreal-based multimedia studio Supply + Demand in collaboration with Microsoft, Experience MOD, and game developer Mojang Studios, this isn’t just a walk-through exhibition. It’s an interactive quest that blends large-scale immersive projections, theatrical sets, motion-tracking gameplay and experiential storytelling — all inspired by the world’s best-selling video game, with over 300 million copies sold globally.

Eight Rooms, One Epic Quest
The experience takes you through eight distinctly themed rooms, each with its own gameplay mechanic and atmosphere. From the lush Minecraft Forest where you’ll sharpen your skills, to the Mine Shafts arcade, the perilous Nether, and the Crimson Forest — expect to spend around six to twelve minutes per room for a total experience of approximately one hour.
Your key tool throughout the journey is the Orb of Interaction — a handheld device that vibrates, lights up, and changes colour depending on your actions. Use it to mine resources, battle mobs in close combat, build structures for the villagers, and navigate your way through the quest. It’s what transforms a passive walk-through into something genuinely engaging.
Exclusive In-Game Reward
Here’s something for the Minecraft die-hards: every visitor receives a unique in-game half-zombie, half-villager cape via email after their visit. You’ll also have the option to grab the Obsidian Package (S$44.90 add-on at time of ticket purchase), which comes loaded with collector’s goodies including a limited-edition tote, gold pin, VIP lanyard, themed mousepad, keyboard caps, and a gaming coaster.
