Tiong Bahru Plaza holds a Paw-lloween Party for pets and their owners from Friday 16 to Sunday 18 October, with a pet market, a Tesla Pet Mode roadshow and a costume catwalk on Saturday night.
The weekend sits inside the mall’s Pawsome Spooktober campaign, which runs from 12 October to 1 November. Pets are welcome throughout the three days.
Paws and Play Market
The Paws and Play Market sells pet treats, toys and accessories across the weekend. Tesla runs a roadshow alongside it, where owners can book a test drive with their dog on board to try the car’s Pet Mode. Test drive slots are booked through Tesla’s own event page.
Owners heading down with a pet can use the code TIONGBAHRU10 for 10 per cent off pet-friendly rides to and from the mall booked on the Grab app.
Costume contest on Saturday
The Cutest Paw-lloween Contest starts at 7.30pm on Saturday 17 October. Pets walk a catwalk in Halloween outfits and are judged on cuteness, Halloween spirit, creativity and originality. Owners who dress up with their pets earn bonus points.
Places are limited and registration is through the mall’s online form. Registered owners report to the registration booth by 7pm on the day for a briefing.
First prize is a S$300 FRx gift card, four months of Milk/Oi Kitty Litter, a Tesla Glow Lantern and pet products from participating brands. Second place takes a S$200 FRx gift card, three months of Chewbarka Notti Kibble and a Tesla Dog Mode Large figure. Third place gets a S$150 FRx gift card, a Chewbarka Notti Living Set and a Tesla Dog Mode Mini figure, plus brand products.
Photo challenge on Instagram
Owners who would rather skip the catwalk can enter the Paw-lloween IG Photo Challenge from 16 to 18 October. Dress the pet in a costume, take a photo and send it to Chewbarka on WhatsApp at 80406965 with the line TBPPawlloween, the pet’s name and an Instagram handle. Entrants also follow @tiongbahruplazasg, @chewbarka.sg and @teslamotorssg.
Nine shortlisted photos go up on the mall’s Instagram page for public voting from 12pm on 24 October to 11.59pm on 1 November. Shortlisted owners hear by Instagram direct message by 23 October. The three most-liked posts win a S$50 FRx gift card, a carton of Chewbarka Pet Milk or a Tesla Mini Dog Mode figure.
