DoubleTree by Hilton opens its first Singapore hotel at Robertson Quay

Hilton has opened DoubleTree by Hilton Singapore Robertson Quay, the first DoubleTree hotel in Singapore, at 401 Havelock Road. The 344-room hotel on the Singapore River opened on 30 Sep, with two new dining concepts and an opening offer for Hilton Honors members that runs to 31 Dec.

Rooms and facilities

Rooms and suites range from 24 to 50 sq m. Of the 344 keys, 224 face the Singapore River and 120 look over the surrounding neighbourhood. The mix covers King, Queen and Twin Guest Rooms, rooms and suites with pull-out sofa beds, four Deluxe Suites, three accessible rooms and 11 connecting queen and twin rooms for families and groups.

Every room has a 55-inch HDTV, free Wi-Fi, a work desk, coffee and tea making facilities and Crabtree & Evelyn bath amenities. The interiors use earthy tones, terracotta accents, greenery and natural materials. Guests receive the brand’s warm chocolate chip cookie on arrival.

Facilities include an outdoor pool with daybeds and cabanas, a 24-hour fitness centre and a wellness studio. There are seven meeting rooms for 20 to 40 guests each, and two of them, Clemenceau I and Clemenceau II, combine to hold up to 70.

SAUS and Brew:33

SAUS is an all-day restaurant built around condiments. Its “Four Corners of Flavour” spread holds more than 40 house-made sauces, dips, marinades and sambals in four groups: Singapore flavours, Southeast Asian traditions, spicy classics and umami-rich marinades. The menu includes Nyonya Prawn Salad, Grilled Lemongrass Chicken, a Signature Beef Rendang of Wagyu cheeks slow-cooked in an eleven-spice rempah, Seafood Bakar with hand-pounded sambal olek, and Bak Kut Teh. Drinks run from Air Bandung, Milo Dinosaur and soya bean to house cocktails, kombucha, juices, coffee and tea.

At the other end of the lobby, Brew:33 is a 64-seat café and bar themed on coffee, cookies and craft beer. It pours specialty coffee from local and regional roasters, chilled drinks such as the Choco Chip Cookie Crush, Mango Coffee Latte and Strawberry Oat Latte, and small-batch local craft beers including an Osmanthus Pear Cream Ale and a Galactic Tropical Stout. Bites include Grilled Satay and The Local “Bak Kwa” Sliders. The lounge has floor-to-ceiling windows and a pet-friendly alfresco area.

Lunch and dinner service at the hotel starts on 1 Nov 2026.

Getting there and the opening offer

The hotel sits at 401 Havelock Road, Singapore 169631, a five-minute walk from Havelock MRT station on the Thomson-East Coast Line, with buses nearby to Orchard Road and Sentosa. Robertson Quay, Clarke Quay, Chinatown and Tiong Bahru are within walking distance.

The lobby’s Ritual Hub hosts free hands-on activities for guests, starting with a cookie-making workshop this October.

For the opening, Hilton Honors members earn 1,000 bonus points for every night stayed, capped at five nights, on stays from 30 Sep to 31 Dec 2026. Members who book directly through Hilton’s own channels, including the Hilton Honors app, can also check in, pick a room and unlock the door with a Digital Key on their phone.
