Yamamoto’s Hamburg will soft-launch its first Singapore outlet at Lau Pa Sat (18 Raffles Quay) from 22 September 2026, with a full opening set for 5 October 2026.
Brand materials shared ahead of the soft launch list most hamburg mains under S$20. The Tokyo chain, also known as Yamahan, was founded in Ebisu in 2005 and now runs about 20 outlets in Japan. Founder Shohei Yamamoto also runs Hikiniku To Come, which opened in Singapore in May.
What is on the opening menu
The signature Yamamoto Hamburg is listed at S$19.90: a hand-formed beef patty stuffed with Gorgonzola and mushroom cream sauce, finished with a miso-dashi demi-glace. Jikasei Hamburg is S$17.90. Kimchi Cheese Hamburg is S$19.90. Goma Yuzu Ponzu and Oni Oroshi Ponzu are each S$15.90.
A Rice Set is S$3.90 and a Salad Set is S$4.90; both include a tasting portion of the house vegetable juice, with an upsize at S$2.50. Singapore also gets an exclusive chicken patty, with the price still to be confirmed. The restaurant is not halal-certified. Unit number and daily hours were not yet published with the soft-launch notes.
