ENTERTAINER with HSBC 30 June 2026 has concrete mechanics to follow before the deadline. Existing HSBC credit cardholders can continue using ENTERTAINER with HSBC 1-for-1 offers until 30 June 2026 before the programme is discontinued from 1 July.

How To Use It

1. Activate or open the ENTERTAINER with HSBC app using the VIP key if eligible.
2. Browse and select a local F&B offer in the app.
3. Make a booking where required and tell the restaurant you are using ENTERTAINER with HSBC before ordering.
4. Select the restaurant and offer in the app when paying.
5. Let the restaurant staff enter the redemption code so the bill reflects the 1-for-1 discount, then pay the balance with a HSBC credit card.

Spend, Caps And Exclusions

• New ENTERTAINER VIP membership keys are not issued for HSBC credit card accounts opened on or after 30 April 2026.
• Existing cardholders must use the offers before the app is discontinued on 1 July 2026.
• For local F&B offers, payment balance must be made with a HSBC credit card.
• The relevant offer must be available in the app on the day of visit or purchase.
• Lowest priced item is deducted from the bill for local F&B 1-for-1 redemptions.
• Coins earned through redemptions are valid up to 30 December of every year.
• Individual merchant pages may set item, dine-in, reservation, age or blackout restrictions.
• Offers are not valid with other discounts, offers, promotions, privileges and vouchers.
• Offers are not valid on eve of Singapore public holidays, Singapore public holidays, blackout dates and special occasions determined by the merchant unless stated.
• Discount does not apply to service charge and taxes.
• HSBC is not the supplier of merchant goods or services.

• Restaurant bill reflects the 1-for-1 discount after staff enters the app redemption code.
• Cardholders can use app live chat for ENTERTAINER support.
• The programme and app will no longer be available from 1 July 2026.
