Lion City Faire 2026 brings a Singaporean Renaissance Faire to Fort Canning Park on 13 and 14 June. The official venue line lists Fort Gate and OMSQ, Fort Canning Park.
The 2026 theme is A Symphony of Land and Sea, with the organiser framing the faire around Singapore’s roots as a port settlement and the fantasy stories people build from local culture.
What To Expect
The faire is designed around workshops, a TTRPG zone, stage experiences, special guests and a fantasy world built for dressing up. The FAQ says original, medieval, Renaissance and fantasy costumes are encouraged.
Military and law-enforcement themed costumes are not allowed, and stiletto heels are also not allowed because of the terrain. That matters at Fort Canning, where comfort and weather planning can make or break the visit.

Family And Access Notes
The FAQ says the event is child-friendly and pet-friendly, though pets must be leashed or in carriers. It also notes that Lion City Faire is a rain-or-shine outdoor event with some sheltered areas and wet-weather contingencies.
For access, Fort Canning Station Exit B, Clarke Quay Station Exit E and Dhoby Ghaut Station Exit B are listed as MRT approaches. Wheelchair users can use the accessible lift up to Fort Gate and the Cox Terrace roundabout drop-off.
