It is only S$58++ per diner and available every evening from 6 pm to 830pm. The menu items focus on the Nonya theme.
It’s a la carte style. When seated, pick up the slip and check the items you want. They will then prepare and serve it to you.
The selection is decently extensive, and while you can probably try to have 1 of each, you will be very full by the time you finish.
What did I order? Let’s see.
The fish head curry and the curry crayfish are the special menu items. These are limited to one order per diner.
Most dishes are gravy-based, so they go very well with rice. This is lemak (coconut) rice, which is fragrant and pretty to the eyes.
I thought the char siew, chicken satay and fried chicken were lovely. Didn’t quite like the prawn dish.
The Nonya chup chye (mixed vegetables) and squid (Sotong) are pretty tasty too.
The desserts are also limited to one order per diner. We chose the cendol and gula melaka sago.
It was okay.
If you like Nonya dishes, this is worth a try for the price and the variety on offer. The environment is pleasant and excellent for gatherings.
The service staff are also very attentive and helpful.
Check it out and let me know how was the experience for you!
