As Singapore navigates the challenges of a rapidly ageing population, a major event is set to spotlight the immense potential of the silver workforce. The World Ageing Festival 2026, organised by Ageing Asia, will host a dedicated Career Showcase on 15 April 2026 at Marina Bay Sands — and it promises to be a powerful gathering of ideas, innovation and inspiration.
Supported by Workforce Singapore (WSG), the Career Showcase aims to spark meaningful dialogues around lifelong employability, mid-career reskilling, and the evolution of multi-stage careers.
Empowering Careers, Elevating the Future
The showcase will highlight innovative employment practices and celebrate success stories from forward-thinking businesses that value the wisdom, experience and contribution of mature workers. From unlocking overlooked talent pools to championing workforce sustainability, the event brings together diverse perspectives on career opportunities and workplace innovation.
Ageing Asia aims to demonstrate how organisations can create environments where experience is an asset, not a limitation — fostering age-inclusive workplaces and strengthening economic resilience.
