From 24th to 26th November 2023, Unrival is holding its warehouse clearance sale of video game consoles, game titles for PlayStation, Xbox, and Switch, controllers, comics, figurines, and all things fantasy and fun.
The location is at ESR Building Level 6: 21 Ubi Road 1, #06-01, Singapore 408724
Opening hours: 10 am – 8 pm (24 Nov, Friday), 10 am – 6 pm (25/26 Nov Sat/Sun)
How to get there?
It is a short walk from the Macpherson MRT Station (Circle Line & Downtown Line MRT Interchange) exit B.
Once you exit the station, walk straight along the sheltered walkway along Arumugam Road, toward a cluster of temples.
After a 50-metre walk, you will see a metal gate that has stipulated opening hours. If you are visiting outside the gate opening hours, simply navigate with the address above from Macpherson MRT Exit B.
Follow these directions signboards and you will surely find your way.
Once you come to level 6, continue to look for these signboards to get to the entrance. You can see promotions like bundle deals along the entrance walkway. Expect long queues over the weekend.
The first section has comics, figurines, collectibles and apparels. Some of these comics really jot back lots of childhood memories.
Not exactly a big fan of Star Wars, but I know the extent their fans will go to in order to add to their collection.
Bring on the games!
The second bigger room houses all the console games, controllers and accessories. The huge variety of games will blow you away. I have to constantly remind myself to stick to my budget. Wait, did I go with one?
What is the damage?
As a horror and sci-fi lover, my selection will always have tons of flesh-eating zombies, indestructible robots and acid spit. Total damage was $169.60. Terminator and Aliens win.
